The route is wheelchair-accessible. Please <a target=_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.meetup.com\/still-coviding-ottawa-gatineau\/events\/306647054\/\">RSVP on Meetup<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll walk to Parliament Hill and the ByWard Market. The Ottawa sign will be illuminated with a teal colour during International Long Covid Awareness Day. We\u2019ll have some posters, and you can post photos taken at the sign &mdash; use the hashtags: #ILCAD2025, #LongCovidAwarenessDay, #LongCovidAwarenessDay2025.<\/p>\n<h3>\ud83d\ude37 Health precautions:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Please wear a respirator during the walk (e.g.: N95, FFP3, CAN99, elastomeric or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li>You must be fully vaccinated to attend the event.<\/li>\n<li>Please stay home if you\u2019ve been sick during the past two weeks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u267f\ufe0f Accessibility:<\/b> Ottawa City Hall has wheelchair-accessible washrooms.<\/p>\n<p><b>\ud83d\udc15 No pets:<\/b> Because some participants have allergies, we have a no-pets rule.
