Nationally, the average was under 10 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI always wear the mask, maybe that\u2019s why I don\u2019t have a cold,\u201d said Hilary Prince, outside Charlottetown\u2019s Queen Elizabeth Hospital as she pulled one out of her purse.<\/p>\n<p>Inside, visitors are required to wear masks when within two metres of any patient, resident or client.
