Michael Gordon Jackson’s narrative challenged under cross-examination

Michael Gordon Jackson acknowledged some people might view what he did — taking his then seven-year-old daughter on the run across Western Canada — as being “extreme.”

But Monday he told the jury that will decide the outcome of his trial, currently being held in Regina’s Court of King’s Bench, that it was his duty to protect the girl from being vaccinated for COVID-19. He said he feels he did what any good parent would do, if they thought their child could come to harm.
